Not clean or safe
I had a procedure done In Miami, the bed sheets were all stained . The floor had not been at all my mom swept an entire pile or stuff on floor if I could upload photos I would. There were 3 windows in there and none had a lock I did not feel safe at all. When we informed the host the sheets were stained and if we could get new ones he pretty much said they washed them they are just stained because they are not new so we had to go to store to buy our own blankets. If I could get my money back I would . Overall not clean or safe but it looked nice from photos.

Nice spot quite nieghborhood as long as theres no renovations
The apartment was nice it was me and my mom staying for 10days the first 2 days everthing was nice,but from thursday to sunday by us being in the downstairs apartment 2 the owner must have had renovations going on above us after dealing with the loud noise for 3 day i spoke with matt and he was nothing but nice understanding and informed me he would make sure the noise stop and he did up unto our last night they were back at it with all the noise i choose peace and just dealt with knowing i had a flight the next day

Our stay was just what we needed. The price was not too bad, the location was not bad it did look like a sketchy location but everyone around was friendly. We walked to the store which is 2 blocks away. Uber from The airport was 13 dollars Uber to the port of Miami was 21 dollars. I highly recommend this property for a couple

Great spot for two people, each with their own bed. A huge closet area to store clothes and luggage. Everything worked perfectly in the apartment and we had no issues with the apt or the neighborhood. It was close to everything we wanted to do, $15 Uber to South beach. Overall, a great experience.
