Tis is new construction and while the apartment we reserved was big, spacious, comfortable, and very clean, there were a few glitches due to the building being so new. There was no TV in the bedroom, it hadn't been installed yet. There was no trash can in the kitchen/living room area and there was no maid service in the middle of our stay. The area is perfect. It is near Mary Brickell Villiage with restaurants, bars, shopping and is near the people mover, bus service and the train.

Very nice and contemporary rooms. The communication prior to arrival was pretty hard. At one time, I thought it might have been a scam. However, when we arrived, we realized it is a new property and still building. The rooms were beautiful and location was convenient to many attractions in Miami. A quick taxi to the port or other attractions.
