Communication was absolutely amazing between me and the Hotel the sink could’ve been much bigger. Had a few issues with the door locking and the battery going out. Some issues with roaches late at night when the lights went on. Had chair reservations, but it was five blocks on 14th St. long walk away very inconvenient. Requested for the room to be clean on Sunday. Didn’t get the room clean until Tuesday the day before we were leaving. Cleaning supplies left in front of our door daily, tacky. Other than that I got what I paid for.

0 stars Absolutely terrible DO NOT waste your money First they said we could check in early our room was ready we get to the room they are still cleaning and the lady was beyond rude saying check in not til 4 ok I understand that but you text me the room was ready it was very tiny room the “sofa sleeper” had a slip cover on it and not only was that stained and dirty the slog under the cover was mortifying and so uncomfortable the fridge smelled of rotting food and we asked 3 times about them cleaning it or replacing it the ac is controlled by the hotel and was beyond cold and the vents blew straight on us all night the lobby is a salesman pushing tours on people all day long and when you do actually try to book one he can’t follow through on the actual tour the hotel was so terrible we left and checked into a different hotel

I had a reservation. Day of arrival, I received numerous text messages asking me to fill out an arrival form. I was unsuccessful in numerous attempts to complete the form. When we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm, there was no one in attendance. The front door required a code to enter. we were forced to find another hotel.

A lot of older South Beach hotels are a little sketchy feeling, but that's not so with this place. Great location, clean, and easy check-in/check-out.
