Enjoy this stunning 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms beautiful apartment! with an extra large amazing and private fenced backyard. Large gas grill under covered area, outdoor fridge, sun umbrellas, a patio dining set in the shade that can seat 10 people.

It has 6 full size beds, a King bed (sleeps 2) and 4 twin air mattresses.

With parking for 4 large vehicles, 15 min to South Beach, 2 min to the Calle Ocho Walk of Fame, 13 min to Miami Downtown, 19 min to the design district, 9 min to Coral Gables and even walking distance to dozens of restaurants, seriously there is just too many to list!

Full size laundry on site, high chair and playpen are also available at no extra charge.

Virtually everything is new. Beds, kitchen appliances, air conditioning, lights, furniture, drapes, pillows, mattresses, sheets, etc.

There is a 65-inch Smart TV in the living room, 55-inch Smart TV in one of the bedrooms, and 42 inch Smart TV in the other bedroom. A 65-inch Smart TV in the living room and a 55-inch Smart TV in the King bedroom. All of them with 150 channels available on Roku platform).

You can connect your own computers or smart devices to the TVs so you can stream anything from your own devices (including your computer desktop). Superfast WiFi (350 Mbps) and guaranteed signal in every room.

Hurricane Season (from May 15 through November 30).

It is HIGHLY advised that all travelers get a Cancel For Any Reason Travel Insurance (CFAR coverage). You will be reimbursed between 50% and 75% prepaid, forfeited, and non-refundable trip costs, depending on the company you choose.

Little Havana
Cute home with a lot of space. Outdoor space was great. Beds are very comfortable. Little Havana is a fun area of Miami to stay in. The only downside of our visit was that we were unable to reach the host one evening when we needed some help getting back in the house. We got no response until the following day. Thank goodness we finally were able to figure it out and got in.

The property was exactly as the listing stated. The biggest plus was plenty of beds for everyone. The rooms with double beds were great for the friends and family that stayed with us. Two living spaces accommodated our different taste in tv watching. The Roku TVs were fantastic. It was hot out and the ac worked perfectly. The only down side was having to walk through the laundry or a bedroom to get to the outside living space (which was fantastic by the way). It is a very minor thing and had nothing to do with the overall quality of our stay. I loved the fact that soap was provided in the showers and fresh towels. We enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future. The host was great, we had no problems at all. I highly recommend for larger groups. We were very satisfied with a group of 10.

Convenient and great host
Booked this listing for 8 adults and everyone slept comfortably. There are 4 bedrooms (one master, three with 2x queen beds each), two living rooms and kitchens, and two bathrooms. There is a second unit next door with a separate outdoor entrance and it shares a divider door (there were guests there during our stay but we did not hear a peep from them. The backyard was dedicated to our unit (not a shared space. A/C was very comfy. Next to Calle Ocho with lots of convenient shops.
