Old! And it shows. Stains on furniture. Rusty fixtures/lamps. Mattress so used we both rolled to the center. No toilet paper when we arrived. There was a towel folded on the tub that we thought was for a bath mat but when we unfolded towels on the shelf discovered one of those was the bath mat. We had an accessible room so there was a lot of space

The room was not cleaned. Only 1 bed was made. Bathroom was not cleaned and no towels. This was obviously not a room ready to be used. When I complained they stated they were overbooked and could not change the room. They stated that I should take my complaints up with Orbitz since I booked with them. Terrible place. Need to refund my money.

No good all over
When i checked in at 3pm the room they sent me to was dirty need was not made the bathroom had dirty linens and trash all about the room. They have me another room and as on the first one the hallway appeared dirty the carpet through out the hotel had large stains. And appearance of bleach stains. When i got to my room there was no blanket, no remote and the desk chair had a broken seat and the back of the chair was not connected. Overall i will more than likely not stay there again
