I wouldn’t recommend
Definitely would not recommend. First room I had was terrible. The window overlooked the inside of the bar, no outside view. I didn’t sleep at all the first night, bar was busy and loud until 2 or 3 in morning and walls very thin, I could hear all the conversations at the bar and in room next door. My shower didn’t drain so I was standing in ankle high water, and when I went to shave the sink plunger didn’t work. Switched rooms the next day and the second room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned yet. Got a third room and it had a funky smell, toilet had urine on it and this shower didn’t drain properly either. On last day the hotel shut off water to all rooms and one elevator was out of order. On check out their system was down and they couldn’t close my account out or give me a receipt. Said they would email my final receipt but still haven’t received it. All the staff were very friendly and apologetic, but the place is a dump.

My children enjoyed the pool. Breakfast on-site was convenient although the buffet was overpriced for the selection. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was dated. There were cracked tiles and the sofa was worn and dirty. The sofa bed was not comfortable. They do not offer roll away beds at all. The lobby is pretty with lots of open space. The pool area and common bathrooms were clean and well-kept.

Pool was crowded and roped off for swimming lessons on a busy week when all of NY is out on winter break!! So unacceptable. A lot of money to be paying and the pool is not acceptable!!!!!

The hotel looks great from the outside, but the room is not renovated. Shower drainage is slow and the toilet seat needs replaced as the cover is peeling off. The half Starbucks coffee is pathetic and it will charge you 0.25x more. It's sad to see a falling 3-star hotel.
