In general hotel and service was very good. Our room has a beautiful view of the city port.
We loved every minute of our stay. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful and the view couldn’t be beat! Loved it. All of it.

The hotel is in the best location. Great views, surrounded by restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others. Keep in mind their decor is old styled but not drab or dirty. We thought it was really good value for money. There is a Pattiseri close by that makes the best raspberry tarts, try those and a restaurant downstairs that make the best octopus salad.
We stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The staff are friendly and fast, the rooms are unexpectedly spacious, and the hotel is very centrally located with views of the water and the basilica. I really liked how our bathroom was situated. It's in a hallway tucked behind the bedrooms so I could get up and use it without disturbing anyone. The staff were very responsive and helpful with getting cabs, making restaurant reservations, and giving directions. WiFi was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again.
This is a beautiful hotel and location! Vieux Port is a great area of Marseille always alive and bustling with the sights and sounds of the city. My stay at this hotel was exceptional.
Every room has a small balcony (big enough for two chairs) overlooking the old port, and, at the time of year we stayed, the Christmas village for the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom as well. A nice touch was the drink cart in the lobby that was a 24 hour honor bar. We were very happy with our stay.

Poor air conditioning. One of the hotel staff members who came to take a look/fix the AC in our room was very rude and slam the door upon leaving our room. But the hotel manager did off free breakfast to accommodate her behavior. That was nice.
Great hotel overlooking the old port. Staff is extremely helpful. The restaurant with hotel, though good, is extremely overpriced. Overall, a little less value for the price we paid.

Great views; we especially enjoyed the balcony. It's quieter than you might imagine because double paned windows are very effective. Room is small but comfortable and location can't be beat. We did not try the restaurant. We would stay there again.

I have always wanted to stay here, but it was a little pricey until the dollar-Euro exchange rate improved. Balcony overlooks the harbor. It's beautiful to go to sleep and wake up to a magnificent view of Notre Dame de la Garde.
We had an excellent time. The room was beautiful and had an incredible view of the harbor and castle on the hill. We had easy access to the local shops , restaurants and museums. The staff was very helpful and positive and the room was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this as one of the best hotels in the area and a perfect safe location.
Loved our 2 nights stay. Right on the "vieux port" which made it so convenient. We were 3 and had a nice apartment with a separate room for our daughter, so convenient! Nice size bathroom. I liked the breakfast and would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Marseille.
