This hotel is pretty much right across the street from Robinson Mall, which is great. The room itself was fine, wish it has a washer/dryer option though. Also, I was told all the rooms with Queen bed were booked, so the room we had was 2 full beds pushed together, so either me or my fiancee were sleeping in the gap in-between the 2 mattresses every night. Other than that, the amenities were adequate for an average stay (I stayed there 8 nights), and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
The room was not cleaned untill I left due to covid-19 could not use the pool or gym. Restaurant is closed. All due to Covid-19. The room was upgraded to a small one bed apartment. Over all excellent job

If you want to bring family and friends to hang out at the pool, you are only allowed 2 people. when i arrived i ask if i can bring my family to use the pool,they said sure just have to pay the fee. the day i decided to bring my family i was informed only 2 people can use it. i told them i asked before hand if i can and how many where coming and they said no problem but that day i brought them, they said only 2. They wouldn't let them in. that was a let down.

The staff was wonderful, the rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It was a little far from where i normally stay but overall i had a good stay.

Room was good and clean. Staff was very friendly. Didn't have a chance to use the pool as this was a overnight stay only. Breakfast was fine as well.
The staff was very kind and helpful, breakfasts was some of the best I've had. The only things I was a little disappointed in was the water pressure and maybe the cable but we didn't watch that much TV anyway.

Manager Danah was very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping staff were very honest and friendly. The bedroom and living room area were very spacious and nice. Short walk to Robinsons mall and very safe. We highly recommend this place.
It was a huge room for two people. Plenty of space and the staff was friendly. However, I didn’t dine in the area so I’m not sure if it’s nearby restaurants.
We stayed 4 nights. Tropicana is a clean, somewhat basic hotel, but very well located. We would recommend the hotel if a person will only use the facilities to sleep. There is a very nice breakfast included. Overall, not the place if looking for luxury, fine-dining or a lively nightlife scene. But very good for a person just looking for clean, affordable accommodations for a few day’s trip.

Staff was very nice. Not enough towels. TV remote didn't work very well. The pictures on the website and VERY MISLEADING. The primary suit I stayed in was NOT NEAR AS NICE AS THE PICTURES ON THE WEBSITE. But still a nice room for the price.
