Close to the airport, public transport and malls

I asked to not be on the 6th floor and they put me on the 6th floor. They could not find the one credit card machine to ring up my bill for dinner. I stood around for ten minutes while they tried to find the credit card scanner. It was bery inconvenient, i just wanted to go to bed and i had to wait.

They stuck me in a room with no view. There was not much variety to the breakfast buffet and way overpriced.

Beautiful propert located near airport. Close to MRT. Paid less than 300p one way to airport 184p from hotel to MRT station. Lots of resturant choices within walking distance. I felt safe as a single female walking around the area. 7/11 is around the corner from Lawsons, behind the Emperardor building near Mcdonalds.There is a free shuttle that makes a loop around Newport City hotels..there is also a casino near by. Room service was good. They offer 24 hr massages also...didnt have enough time tonset up my massage though, maybe next time. I plan on staying here again. Thank you Savoy Hotel for an enjoyable stay. The staff was excellent and very helpful. Use the Grab app for transport, it is similar to Uber.

It seemed an event or tourist group was around the same time as me. The service was not very good during my stay.

My wife and I stayed in the Savoy the night before our flight to the USA (we live elsewhere in the Philippines). The hotel is modern and convenient. They were busy when we checked in but we found the staff to be helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet is excellent. We will stay there again.

Property well located for airport Terminal 3. Good breakfast. Elevated view. Extra charge per person, and when paid, difficult to get extra service and supplies due (towel, cup, ...). The street is busy in case you don't want noise but it is so near airport and major shopping on main vein of traffic to and through city. Great place if traveling out morning to mid afternoon flights.

Everything is well as to food, services, cleanliness....however I got a room that has broken cable tv...No Tv, No internet access.

Everything was great except there was an unpleasant smell from the street that made it way into the lobby and second floor landing. The smell was not present in the room or the restaurant. The shuttle to the airport is $25 and you have to book it a day in advance. It is a short walk from the hotel to Terminal 3 using the footbridge. If you want to avoid the walk or you are going to one of the other terminals I would suggest using Grab. I was able to get a Grab for only $4 with tip.
