Employ staff are excellent: helpful, friendly, kind, and courteous. Price point excellent. Has a smoking area and parking. Within walking distance to Robinson mall, unfortunately Robinson mall malate has become a haven for beggars and street hawkers….even inside! If eating at a restaurant on the outside of the mall (dennys, Starbucks, etc) eat inside if you don’t want to be disturbed by beggars.

Internet is very good the rooms are clean and recently remodeled the room service was fast and my order came hot and fast 👍
had to visit the US Embassy so chose closest reasonably priced hotel - this was our choice - we were not disappointed (wish i could say the same about MY US Embassy!). Not the best of views but didn't come or pay for that. We decided to stay past the 12 checkout and they were very accommodating and allowed us to say an additional 4 hours for a reasonable fee.

Good location near Robinson, older but well maintained place. Televisions and air con units are older and could use updating. My booking said I was to get a new king bed, but my room had a decent double bed. But at 1am and exhausted from the flight, I wasn't worried about it. Overall a friendly, safe, and good value place
Another great stay at the Rothman Hotel. I am a regular guest of the hotel and my stays are always good. The staff is excellent and call me by name. Room was clean, large and comfortable. Walking distance to dining and shopping, mall is 2 blocks away.
