Staff is superb, specially the front desk personnel. Room is spacious and super clean. Breakfast buffet was great, a lot of selections. I will defenitely come back again.

I was very happy with my stay. Only negatives are the swimming pool is only 3’ deep and no exhaust fans in the restrooms. Next time I go to Manila I plan to stay there again. Excellent hotel.

Not Orbitz/Expedia Friendly? I reserved the 3rd cheapest room (Deluxe Regency) for 2 nights, expecting a better service than the first two cheapest room options (Prices were Deluxe < Premier < Deluxe Regency). And at the time of the booking, I requested a smoking room. Upon arrival, however, I was told that my room would be a non-smoking room, so when check-in counter staff asked if I would still like a smoking room, I said I would. The room I got seemed plain and ordinary, located in the middle of the hallway amongst many other rooms, but I was just happy to be able to smoke in my room. On the second day, however, I received a phone call from the "hotel manager" informing me that the smoking room I paid for, a smoking Deluxe Regency, is available if I wished to move. Having settled in quite comfortably and not wanting to pack up only to unpack again, I said I would rather not change. And with a curiosity, I asked what type of room I was staying in at the moment and I was told that I am staying in a Deluxe room, which is the cheapest room. So to sum up, I requested a smoking room, and because they didn't have the smoking room that I paid for, the hotel staff had downgraded me to a lower-tiered room without informing me. The hotel manager did apologize several times over the phone and offered to send me wine, fruit platter, or anything else, to which I replied, "that is up to you"... then a small piece of dessert arrived some 15 minutes later.

Some personnel were not polite. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner inside the hotel were overpriced. Food limited selections. House Keeping were great. Excellent Service. Overall, I rate this hotel a 3 star hotel.

The front Desk people are ok but some of the personnel at Corniche are not that friendly. I remember a lady name Darla at Corniche. She's not smiling when talking to the customer. Her facial expression is serious like a robot. Overall, we're not sure if we are going to stay in this hotel for future stay. Not worth it. Hotel management needs to train their personnel how to be professional and polite.

The Room, Diamond Club Lounge and Staff Services never change ALWAYS EXCELLENT as expected.

This is not a hotel for tourist. The consierge staff is very friendly but uninformed about places to go or things to do

Excellent staff , very accommodating, very helpful. I never had a single bad day experience during my stay. Foods are great! Staff also at the restaurant are great , they are very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

Breakfast is not as good as I expected for the price but overall good experience.

I was giving a premier room very comfortable good bed good quality bed sheets.room was very clean twice a day the room is cleaned around 9am and 7pm.the breakfast buffet is ok had better selection of food on other three star hotel.security is very tight at the hotel.friendly staff great smiles and good welcoming every time arriving at hotel.close to Robinson mall just a walking distance.the food at the hotel is over priced.you can go out short walk many restaurants near by very reasonable price.

Compared to similar hotels, breakfast buffet same stuff everyday (we stayed a week) and limited variety, they could put something new and different everyday to break the monotony. Housekeeping not good enough, my half consumed tea was untouched for 3 days until I finally had to dump it out. Checkin and checkout was quick, staff was friendly.

the hotel is ok but not the best
