We had a great experience. We were able to book the room last minute and the property was very responsive. The directions to check-in during off-hours was easy to understand and made our check-in smooth. The room was very clean and tidy. It was perfect for our needs and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great value
The apartment was basic, but very clean, quiet and in a great location. The beds were comfortable. All in all a really good value. Check in and check out were easy and the reception helped us reserve a taxi in the morning. Note the apartment is a little difficult to find as there is no sign above the door.

Terrific little studio apartment, fully equipped. Clean and modern. Carlos at reception was very easy to communicate with! Hotel not labeled from outside except for street number, so a tad tricky to find, but otherwise amazing!

It was a fantastic location, the apartment was spotlessly clean, fresh towels and bed linen. We didn't arrive until midnight and it was an easy check-in with key fob and codes. We did however walk past property twice, not clearly sign posted. They also provided coffee pods, fresh water and shampoo and body wash, whi j were nive touches. When i come back to Madrid i will stay here again.

It’s on a busy street so be prepared for a lot of noise. If you’re there on the weekend be prepared for a long noisy night there’s a club down the street. Also, even though we were told we’d get our roomed cleaned it never was cleaned so you probably want to remind them the day before or day of. The location is perfect though.
