Beautiful hotel. Our room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. The bathroom was spotless and had plenty of towels, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Louisville.

I would have given an excellent overall but we had luke warm showers all week but cold showers last two days. They did give me a refund but still have not seen it come back through Expedia. The eatery food quality was not good we had a club sandwich and lunch meat and cheese in sandwich was like fake meat and cheese. The meat was like some kind of ground meat like bologna. Bar drinks were very good. We did not get a chance to try dinner at the restaurant. We would stay again.

The hotel was very clean and gorgeous. There were some things missing that should have been in the room.... a make up mirror, some drinking glasses, an extra blanket. The inroom coffee maker didn't work well. Otherwise everything was great!
