Spacious rooms and balcony. The staff is very friendly and nice. Decent restaurants, hard to get reservations unless you hit the app within first few mins of the reservations opening for booking at 9am. Top choices Zai and Marco Polo. Poor Wi-Fi…it was not functional for the most part of our stay. The beach is pretty but not swimmable so best to go to chileano beach.

Beautiful resort! All-inclusive was an amazing experience. The customer service here was excellent as well. Bottomless drinks, unlimited food, and so many activities to do here besides swim in the pool. The waterpark is perfect for small kids, and they had a show / performance every night that was fun to watch as well. My family and I are definitely coming back!
