I felt that the photos shown on Yelp or other site were an inaccurate description of the site. In my opinion those sites presented a okay hotel. Upon my arrival I was in awe of the quality and beauty of the hotel. The staff is super sweet and not pushy at all to get you to upgrade or buy timeshares. The restaurants were all great and the food was actually really good. The rooms were spacious and clean. I enjoyed everything about this place and will definitely be coming back.
Overall was a nice enjoyable stay. There were a few instances when the wait staff messed up orders or completely forgot about us. I tip for good service, and at times, it felt as though I received the same lackluster service without a tip as I did with one. Not sure on the customs, if tips are the norm, but I would have saved a few hundred dollars not tipping and receiving the same service. Not complaining, just observing.
Very nice resort. Not to kid friendly. All inclusive package was fair, but long waits for everything. Half the staff was super awesome and the other half annoyed by guests. Entertainment was very good.
The service wasn't as great as in Cacun, couting the tips in front of me really got me upset...i always tip good,dont do that. They bring the food and then disappear but i tip anyway, cause i was told that that's how they make a leaving. The other thing is a nice big property but only have 2 small jacuzzi and always full with people. Maybe it because i went to a wrong time, was Spring break. Hope others have a better experience.
Fantastic service and food. The property has seen better days. The carpet in the room hallways was dirty and the room had a moldy smell. The entertainment was pretty weak. We had no beach access due to recent hurricane damage.
