The Delphi is a fine hotel; the price was right. Restaurant was fine. Adjacent parking (not associated with the hotel). Cons: VERY strong odor in lobby area; it was "somewhat" floral, but overwhelming. There were 6 in our party from all over the US; no one thought the smell was good. No coffee pot in the room. Bed arrangement was strange and unsafe - mattress on a built up platform that was too large for the bed (no bedframe) and too low; easy to trip on during the night. Shower and bath separated from the room by clear glass; no privacy at all. Don't bring your children!
The property was clean and safe. Enjoyed an after dinner libation in the comfortable bar area - pleasant environment for brainstorming.

The staff was great and all very friendly throughout the 4 days I was there. The food was good and the room both stylish and comfortable. The rooftop bar and swimming pool were obviously a bug highlight and a lot of fun to spend time at. This is a great place that is very unique and really fun. Oh... and their gym was really good as well.
The rooms were nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. I expected the rooms to be more clean, however. There was scuff marks around the baseboards and walls, and there was other people’s hair everywhere in the room. I went to put on the robe and there was black hair on the inside of it. Gross.
The property was awesome. We enjoyed the unique layout of the room. The room however was noisy.
Older building but it was clean and a great location. Unfortunately, I stayed for three nights and my room wasn’t cleaned. On the first full day, the maid came after 5pm right when I got back to the room. The second day, I was gone until 3 and the room wasn’t cleaned. I asked the front desk to have the room cleaned, but when I returned after 5, the room still wasn’t cleaned. I gave up.
The building is older and has a certain smell to it. The rooftop as well as the lobby have foosball and table tennis which is nice. The pool and rooftop bar are nice. The staff on my arrival had no interest in checking me in. When I mentioned I found a bed bug in the room (before I knew I was bitten 9 times) I asked to switch rooms. The nightime manager literally yawned in front of me and said he would switch rooms for my partner and I. The next morning I saw all of my bed bug bites.... I told the daytime manager and he was extremely apologetic and such a pleasure to talk to. He took care of us and apologized for what we had went through. I wished everyone had training with him as his customer service skills were absolutely amazing. The rooms are
The rooftop bar was something I liked about the hotel. However what I didnt like is the the system was down pretty much the entire time therefore upon check i couldnt get a receipt. I have contavyed the hotel and have yet to get it. And somestimes when you call them directly they dont answet then phone. Will never stay here again.
The property was well located and well maintained., however the guest room I rented had the worst bed I ever slept on, no active closet, no serious sink for wash up. No soaking tub and the shower was interesting. At this price point I expected more> no continental breakfast...
