All staff was very nice and friendly.
Staff was excellent and the location couldn’t be beat.
Very funky place at the heart of Venice. I just had an issue with my reservation's perks, that were not respected, and got charged for valet for one night. Also, my final incidentals statement of account was never delivered.
Everything was Awesome
rooftop bar close to venice. No pool or gym
If you like rooftop bars, and walking the board walk and seeing all the cool shops and people this place is for you. It's a wonderful hotel with an eclectic crowd. If you are looking for a quiet stay move on. Seemed security was good keeping the rooftop partiers out of the hotel room area.
Nice staff
Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and we felt right at home! I adored Miguel, he made sure that my mom and I were comfortable for our entire stay.The rooms are lovely, cozy and the design esthetic gorgeous! Can’t wait to visit again! Thanks to the whole team!
Bathroom floor had a big wad of hair we had to throw away. Perfect location. Room needed minor repairs. Roof top restaurant ok.
