This is the 1st hotel I've ever been that charges for the trip between airport & hotel , which is $20 per room , we're two people each with individual room , they charged $40 for it ; This is also the 1st hotel that not accepting two rooms (under different name) shares the same credit card , and the credit card has to be with a chip ( slide is not OK ) . The power jack on the desk can not make charging , instead of fixing the problem , the service person ask me to charge from the jacks on the wall ... I don't think I will book this hotel again ...

The location was pretty convenient, the hotel is on a kind of confusing awkward entance and we had to wait for a while to be able to enter the driveway. The rooms were okay they looked clean and spacious. Some little things that need repairs but over all our stay was good. The ladies helping during breakfast where very nice and helpful. Thank you ladies for refilling the ithem that were gone with more for is to have a breakfast 😁

The area has gotten pretty grungy and cluttered with homeless people. The hotel itself is adequate, but the area feels pretty unsafe.

Not what I was expecting. Pictures look better than it actually is.

Good if attending an event at sofi stadium.

A great stay especially around that area! Staff ladies setting up the morning breakfast were extremely nice and attentive. Front desk girls were also kind and helpful!

I arrived late at LAX and just needed a place to sleep and a shower. Hotel was close and a room was available. The clerk on duty was fantastic; a model employee. She was kind, accommodating, and helpful.

Very bad odor! Never would recommend this place.

Great location. Parking garage elevator landing had a bad smell.

DID NOT FEEL SAFE! Police was outside and next door to my room. Elevator smelled like pee. Someone tried to get into my room twice. Brought it to the hotels attention and the manager Prince disregarded me.
