I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was excellent, very walkable to many places. The room was great and I loved the amenities. The bathroom had a big tub which I really liked! Had one of the best breakfast spreads ever!!! Most of the staff was excellent except for a couple of gentlemen at the front desk.
The only reason I didn’t rate it as excellent is because I had a very unusual situation that put a major damper on my experience. I was extremely tired and ordered room service. As soon as I sat down to eat the phone rang. When I picked up they hung up. This proceeded while I was trying to eat. The calls kept coming including one where very inappropriate things were said. I tried contacting the operator and the front office to no avail. I was panicking at this point. I had to go downstairs and the employee in charge told me he was by himself to handle check ins and phone calls. He was not sympathetic to my situation at all and did not handle the situation well. Was told calls couldn’t be traced. It ended up being prank calls because they had a huge group of teenagers. The next morning I spoke to a real manager who apologized for the situation.
