Great stay in Leeds.
We stayed for a night here. Friendly staff. Easy to navigate the hotel. Bedroom not too big but everything you need, desk, chair,hanging space, coffee/tea etc., iron/board, hairdryer, we found the beds a little hard but we slept ok, You need to turn the thermostaton when you enter the room and when you wake up, it was 8 degrees outside. Bathroom quite large, walk in shower, on wall dispensers of lovely quality product, lovely towels! Breakfast is inclusive, large variety available, freshly cooked tasty hot food, make your own waffles station, cereals, fruit, toast, croissants, varied coffees and teas, juices. Gluten-free catered for really well. Helpful staff always about clearing tables. The bar area was Parking directly outside the doors disabled area too, all pay inside when booking in. Recommended.

A good hotel but with weak points
This hotel does much excellently but there are some weak features. For the price the room is a good size and the choice and quality of the breakfast is better than more expensive hotels. So why were we allocated a room that the cleaners must have reported had a constantly over flowing toilet cistern. They examined the problem but did nothing. If nothing else it must be costing them a fortune.

Leeds is cool
Lovely modern hotel with very nice staff. Our room was fine, apart from a creaky bed. There was a little bit of road noise, so if that bothers you ask to be in a room facing onto the car park. We had asked for a quiet room and we're allocated one on the third floor. Aside from the slight road noise, it was very quiet and we didn't hear any internal sounds (eg slamming doors or other guests moving around). There was a bucket collecting water from a leak in the corridor leading to our room (perhaps not a great introduction, but I guess it was a necessity). One thing we missed from the room facilities was a fridge, but everything else was great. The buffet breakfast was fine, but finding a clean table to sit at was a challenge (we ended up cleaning the table ourselves as there were no staff around at the time). Not the most luxurious buffet breakfast, but there was a reasonable choice of hot and cold, including a waffle maker. The pain au chocolates we're delicious. The car park was £15 per night and seemed pretty safe. We could have chosen a couple of other nearby car parks that were cheaper but preferred the convenience of being right next to the hotel. There's a little fitness centre in the hotel which was very quiet when we used it. The hotel was very convenient for Leeds city centre - only a few minutes walk away. We really enjoyed our stay in Leeds - it's a buzzing place and there are plenty of places to eat and visit.

Great hotel and value for money, while not right in the heart of the city, we still walked there from the train station with luggage and walked back into town easy enough for all of the shopping and dining options Leeds has to offer. Complimentary breakfast was a big plus and good options available as well. Very happy with our stay there.
