It’s cheap. You get what you pay for. The AC sounded like a runaway train. Stains on the curtains. It’s just an older property in desperate need of an update. I stay here because the conference I attend is held on the property and staying somewhere else would be more inconvenient than dealing with the meh of this property. I think they increased the “resort fee”. It was $50 and I have ZERO idea what that gets you.

It is difficult to find the entrance to the hotel to check in. It is not obvious or welcoming.
This hotel was quite luxurious for the price, the rooms looked new and were very stylish, very nice pool area as well.

We come back to The Orleans every year. Continues to be my favorite hotel due to the free parking and the convenience of being not too far and not too close to the strip. It is also close to places we like to visit, such as the Golden Tiki and Shanghai Plaza.
Big rooms. Extremely long walk to rooms for those of us of age. No room service and couldn’t pre-order from restaurants.
The bathroom and the room carpets are dirty
Easy accessing the room & liked the security. Great place to play Keno, see scts, have a good time.
