Very nice and clean.

over the property was very nice, the staff was nice. we did not have any amenities upon entering our room, had to call and request them, which took 2 hours and we were almost late to our Sphere showing. When I booked, I specifically booked a suite with a 'separate' bedroom, but that was not what I got. All of the electrical on the bed side of the room did not work, the phone was also not working. We did not have enough towels and had to ask the first day and the last day of our stay housekeeping did not come entirely. we had to reuse old towels and washcloths. probably will not stay again.

My room was dated, in poor condition (rips in headboards and couches. The room was filthy, dimly lit, and horribly dated. The tub was broken (the whole reason I got the room)

If you calling for cleaning 3 day's and after 3 day's someone just asking whats?? I don't think so this is ok! Service

Not really running this like a hotel … should be a bit clearer when you book - our room was never serviced in 3 days - front desk constantly manned by one person - always a line , no house phone, no concierge, no ability to request towels / housekeeping when missed. Got a memo style notice about building water turnoff during stay - understand real life maintenance - just found this to be an ancillary to resort services room opportunity- didn’t understand that when I booked. Room / view was cool - mid floor location , no welcome gift or upgrade , very little interaction once I got there … I had stayed at plans last year right after reopen - it was well staged, clean, less smoke, helpful energy of employees … was excited to go back … this experience, meh.

No hot water. only slightly warm.

This place dirty, need remodel room. Bed is no good
