The good.
It had 4 beds (king, 2 double and foldout) hard to find and great for larger families.
Close to the strip, a bit of a walk but not horrible.
Pool area nice.
The bad apparently they are not like a normal hotel and they have sales people ready to pounce on you like a used car lot. Heck they even had the guy in the poorly fitted suit to usher you from checkin across the lobby the second you get your key cards to his minions on the other side of the lobby to say oh here’s all these free gifts for you. I mean if you picture a used car salesman this guy is exactly the look you would expect. They go over all these choices then you pick the one you want. It’s stuff like show tix or gift card to a casino or 1 week vacation for cheap. Ok stuff but then they will say the “gifting desk” is not staffed so you have to come back tomorrow. And then you have to put down a $40 deposit. Then you read the fine print and not only that you have to agree to a 90 min presentation. Yes 90. I mean who wants to spend 1.5hr in the middle of the day out of their vacation to listen to some sales pitch for timeshare which is arguably one of the worst investments you can make with your money just to get a $100 gift card which I bet even has more hidden tricks.
Otherwise the property was a bit run down, garbage in the room from previous guests, electrical box behind the bed not properly hanging out, dinged up molding. Ok but certainly not something I would consider to invest my money in.
