Only 5 min to the international airport, 3 min to Highway 215, 10 min to the Las Vegas Strip, and around a 5-10 min drive to major casinos. Close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping malls.

This guest suite is a private bedroom with comfy queen beds, microwave, small fridge, work desk, and high-speed wifi. The suite also has a private bathroom that's equipped with sink, shower, towels, and toiletries. A perfect all-in-one listing for home working, work trips, or student residences. The front door entrance, downstairs living room and hallway are public shared. Free parking spaces on street.

The washer and dryer are available for use once a week, appointment needed in advance.

House Rules:
-No access to the kitchen/garage parking.
-No smoking/vaping/partying in the house.
-Quiet hours are from 8 am to 8 pm daily, and no loud noises are allowed.

Room in Henderson
The room was very cozy and comfortable, well appointed and quiet. The host was very responsive, very friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. Everything was very clean, everything worked, I felt very secure, and would recommend this listing to anyone passing through Las Vegas.
