All staff were very helpful. Service was excellent and room was very spacious. Perks were very beneficial. bar staff were good and the buffet was nice. Every staff were very helpful.

We were in the basement level of the hotel, our room was very rundown and smelled like mildew. The AC didn’t keep the room very cool. The tiny refrigerator sounded like a percolator brewing all night. The sliding glass door didn’t close completely. Luckily, we only planned our stay for one night to be close to the airport for our early flight. The free shuttle to the airport was on time and very convenient (only goes to airport every 2 hours), even though we had to arrive earlier than we were planning.
