This hotel is located in a beautiful spot overlooking the lake. It is walking distance to everything in Konstanz. A must-stay location for a visit to south-western Germany. The whole family loved it!
This is the second time at this hotel. It remains one of the most beautiful hotels in one of the most beautiful locations. From the time of check in till we left, the staff was fantastic, friendly and very customer oriented. Obviously, I was very happy with this hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting a vacation in Konstanz, Germany.

For the deluxe lake view room: Spacious, elegant Staff ( room service) they are amaizing Breakfast: sitting beside the lake enough to say about it. Location: 5-7 mints walking to city center Konstanz desirve to stay more than 3 nights
I stayed here for a night with plans to wander Konstanz the next day and found that it was a perfect hotel with a great room. Very clean and everything I expected. The only critique is that at night it is a bit of a walk to the city center but not too far.
My 2 friends and I stayed at the Steigenberger Inselhotel while attending the Hamfest in Friedrichshafen June 21-27. The general manager Anja Bantle and her staff were extreemely helpful in assisting us in finding a Hotel near the Friedrichshafen Airport the night before our return departure which helped very much to meet our schedule for an early morning flight. We hope to stay again at the Steigenberger again.
