The personalized customer service and attention to detail at Residence Inn is unmatched! We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the front door. When we got to our room, the tv was on and it had a welcome message for my family, too. The room was larger than I expected. There was plenty of space for my family to stretch out, which made it feel like home. The kitchen was really clean and had everything we didn't know we needed, including the cutest little salt and pepper shakers! The breakfast buffet was delicious! The fruit was fresh. There were so many oatmeal toppings. There were so many food options, in general! The DIY waffles were easy to make. And the cold brew coffee was another little detail I wasn't expecting. I'm not sure I can stay at another hotel now. The bar has been set high and I'm looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Clean, spacious, and comfy stay!
Stayed here for one night with friends after a night on the town and was very glad we chose this hotel! Check in staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very spacious with the separated kitchen area and living room. The bathroom was huge, beds were very comfy in my opinion and everthing was spotless! If we ever need to stay around downtown Jax again, we would absolutely choose this place again.
