Studio Unit

We offer a unique stay in a natural setting under a majestic tree canopy and are a two minute walk to the beach. Our studio suite has a kitchenette, queen sized bed in bedroom area, hide a bed couch in the living room, smart TV equipped with apps for a wide variety of shows, and high speed internet. Kitchenettes include refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cook top, dishes and utensils. Enjoy large front decks in a beautiful natural setting.

Must cancel 3 days prior to arrival or forfeit one night room and tax cost.
Pet Fee is a one time payment of $40 per pet, max 2 per cottage, dogs only.
No refunds for early departure

Cigarette smoke smell in room
Immediately when I walked into the cottage the smell of cigarettes was strong. I called to let someone know. She argued with me about the smoke smell since she had been in the cottage cleaning it. She also said the tenants were heavy smokers and only smoked outside. She could not offer me another space since they were full. I asked for a refund. She said that was not an option either. I felt as if she really did not care about helping solve the problem. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Cozy place to stay
We loved the accommodation, our only complaint was a distinct smell of someone having smoked in the room. We are ex smokers so I told management we were OK with it, but wanted to make them aware we weren’t the culprits, and not to charge us the $250 fine for smoking, but now I’m home I realize our clothes smell of smoke. Other than that minor problem it was a perfect little getaway place

Cute little hideaway
The Sea cottages are a cute hideaway. Just off the highway but quiet back in the cottages. Loved the location. Only a block from the beach and a shirt drive to the town in Fernandino. We enjoyed sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The staff was helpful when we had a question. Thanks!

Adorable Cottages
The property was adorable and close to restaurants and the beach. There was plenty of room for the two of us. It was peaceful sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the mornings and everyone was friendly.
