It was suppose to have a fridge and microwave...it did not. My room was not even ready hours after check in time. In by 7pm ridiculously late. Missing tv remote and police was called numerous times to the location. I even had a domestic situation next door preventing my family of a restful morning and night. Rather not come back.

Easy check in with the female clerk at dusk... The BEST Cuban Delights in the cabana by the pool... definitely check out those ladies! The rooms are HUGE! Most do not, yet, have microwaves & Frigidaires since they are REALLY cleaning up the place Easy check out with the male clerk Glad i found this place. This will be my stop on my Florida travels now

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY HERE. THE SHOWER HAD STANDING WATER WHILE USING IT, MY ROOM WAS DIRTY, AND THE AC LEAKED A BURNT SMELL THROUGH THE VENT.

The place is definitely not the ritz Carlton, but it served the purpose we need. The real reason I’m leaving this review is because Brandy the assistant manager was amazing. She accommodated every one of our needs without even hesitating. She was always a sweetheart to us, and seemed like she genuinely wanted to help us in any way she could. She even let us do a late checkout free of charge which was massively helpful the day we checked out.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, drugs,prostitution and gang affiliated activities all day on this property. Rooms were terrible, sink was falling off the wall ,holes in the wall,shower leaking water. I will never stay here again.
