I want to really compliment the staff. From the housekeeping, reception, restaurant, and transportation. They were all friendly, professional, polite and very helpful. A nice hotel with an outstanding staff is priceless. Hopefully it is communicated to the staff how valued they are.

**Please note, the Grand Hyatt hotel itself is great** However, Korean Immigrations at Incheon Airport refused to allow me to exit the airport because I am considered a “transit” passenger. No warning or advisory about this ridiculous COVID rule was posted when I made the booking for one night. Now I am stuck at this airport and have to pay for a room I cannot use.
Overall hotel service is good, but main guest service of 82-32-745-1234 or dial 0 inside rooms for questions was very terrible on answering all the time! They need some education.
Food was just ok or not great for the high price.
