The absolute worst mattress I’ve ever slept on in my life….hard as a rock! There’s a sign next to the phone stating they have mattress toppers available, but they were “all out” for our 2 night stay. Never again will I book an I book an Ibis property

The main issue with this hotel is the lack of storage space in the bedrooms and we are unlikely to use this hotel again. The storage is only suitable for stays of a couple of nights but we had booked in for 8 nights which meant that most of our things had to be left in luggage. Also the room safe is much too high and shorter people would find it hard to use without standing on a chair.

The location was both excellent for its walkability. We were able to walk to central as well as the ferry terminal in less than 20 minutes. There were lots of great restaurants around the hotel. The buffet breakfast was delicious
