The entire staff were wonderful. Mai was especially exceptional. She made us feel as if we had been friends for a long time. You do not get this type of excellent service in the states. Breakfast was really good too. We would stay here again.

Hotel staff are super friendly, helpful and courteous. The welcome pack - with a cool drink, fruits and small chewy peels was a huge surprise. We were very impressed with the service offered in this hotel. The condition of the room is comfortable except the shower area is not very suitable for elderly people like us.
