Overall we had an excellent stay at the Oriental Jade hotel. As for the quality of staff services, I would have given them 6 stars if I could, since 5 was the maximum. They really went beyond kindness to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you all for all and to be back soon. I strongly recommend this hotel for great location, excellent service, great breakfast options, and very nice sky bar.

Very good location with lots of shops all around and the main lake nearby. Nice rooftop bar. Checkin staff needed to expedite better, but manager seems to be on it. Rooms are small, but AC works well. Breakfast was fantastic and restaurant staff very attentive.

Everything was great, a brand new hotel, except the minibar temperature was useless. For a place so new, and hoping to achieve 5 star, I am not sure why they decided to provide cheap minibars. However, aside from that, everything was great...location-price-pool combination was worth every penny.
This staff was the best I have ever seen in my international travels. They were top notch and I would stay here again! They are the best and with my large family, I would highly recommend this hotel. The property is beautiful and the breakfast is amazing. The view from the roof and the pool are gorgeous.
