Housekeeping did a very good job keeping the place clean. The only problem I found was that the beds were a little to firm for my linking. I slept ok and did not wake up sore but they were harder than I am used to.
Property was in very good repair, well maintained and clean. The attached restaurant was pleasant, quality food and excellent service. A great family owned business.
Consistently one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. I go to Grand Rapids 3-4 times a year and have been staying here every time for years. Great price for great service.

This place may be dated, but it is clean and inexpensive. The beds have firm support and if you don’t care for that, bring mattress pad for more comfort. Other than that, I would come back and stay again.
This is by far one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The attached restaurant is great and I don't think there is a better value for your money anywhere else near by. Will definitely stay here again, only downfall is the smaller bed sizes.

This hotel was recommended to us as being nice and priced reasonable. It appears to be an older hotel/motel. The staff was always pleasant, room always clean and nice. The bed was a little hard and our room did not have a refrigerator which would have been nice. The restaurant in front was really good as we ate breakfast there twice. A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price and will stay there again.
Sure, it's not the nicest place in the area, but for what we needed it was perfect. We were in the area to attend a Whitecaps game. Nice, inexpensive accommodations. Very clean room. They're missing a few niceties, like shampoo, hairdryer etc., and it was sort of a long walk to the ice machine, overall good though. Good restaurant next door too. I'd advise taking a room in the back, less traffic noise. We'd stay again for sure.
I woke up with 4 bites on my right hip. Also, their Orbits ad indicated "only 4 rooms left". Nonsense! The place was almost empty. I should have taken the hint...
