There was a restaurant attached to the hotel. Good food and clean. My room had a tear in the carpeting that needs repaired.
We picked this hotel, for the pool and found out pool was closed when we checked in.
I like everything about this facility! I’ve stayed here before, and will again!
Stayed here before and the condition of the rooms is declining (black caulk in showers) and the bathroom fixtures, TV and refrigerator are smaller and or older, but everything works. Considering the recent challenges for all employers, it is understandable.
We slept great in the king size bed. The next night, I called and spoke to Net’zah, and she called me back with the make and model so we could order one for the house!!! Thank you!
I was very dissappointed after check-in. We did need additional accommodation for our 5-year old, but found no fold-out or cot when we got to the room. They were able to provided us with a cot for an additional $10. They should have at least asked us if we wanted something seeing there were three of us staying in a room with only a king bed. When they brought us the cot, they failed to provide us with the linnens. They did bring the linnens, but no pillow, yet another request Next we found the bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the bathtub and spots in the uncleaned toilet. The staff at the desk did move us to another room, however that room was also unclean. There was even someone elses clothes on the back of the bathroom door! They did finally move us to a third room, which was only marginally better. Not to mention we had to move all our luggage from room to room, and the cot ourselves on top of that! We will definately never stay at this hotel again. Expect to be moved over and over as they do not have an afternoon or night staffed housekeeping -- Very Displeased
It was a great place for the price. They had notes up saying they didn’t have a full staff for housekeeping or something but you couldn’t tell. It was still clean.
Great breakfast included, clean and close to local attractions. Pool could use some attention. We will be back
The room was quie, relaxing and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the drains didn't drain very well. The breakfast was good' especially if u are shoet on time. Overall, nice stay and we would stay again.
