Hotel is very nice. Room has large window giving great view. Conveniently placed in the city centre and near the train station - Breakfast expensive for what it is - The fragrance diffused in the lobby smells very cheap. It does not go with the standing of the hotel.

Guy let's himself in our room to check the minbar!
Reception were very helpful, but one Member of staff walked in on us despite our protests as we were not ready to accept uninvited guests. So make sure you chain up the door. Maids knock on the door everyday to try and clean the room even though the privacy sign is up. Reception phone you multiple times for money even though you are going to pay at checkout. The air con didn't work and the Kettle leaked. So it was quite a stressful stay when you just want to be left alone!

Had an amazing time during our 2 nights. The room and view was gorgeous. Special thanks to Lucia for advising us on the city and excursions. We felt very comfortable in city with her recommendations. Location was perfect, walkable to the lake and main downtown. Tram station right outside hence easy access to UN office. We would love to come back and stay here.

Omar is the best
My stay at the hotel was perfect. I always stay at this hotel because of the concierge man whose name Omar. Omar is very professional man. He speaks fluent English and flow in French. He’s always polite and helpful. I like this hotel because of him. I have been staying at this hotel for the past five years because of Omar. Making this hotel very successful, because of his kind, hospitality, professional, and kindness.
