The staff was amazing. I will definitely go there again

NO air conditioning!! It’s always BROKEN! There was a bat flying around in indoor pool area! It came out of the air conditioning vents! Filthy carpet. Our feet were black from walking on filthy carpet in our room! Walls above headboard of bed and all the doors have huge visible dirt marks.

There was an abandoned car missing the front windshield and hood. I notified the front desk about the matter, yet two days later the car had not been towed.

Was told there was free breakfast but upon arrival they said it was no longer required. The restaurant was horrible.

The staff were very nice checking in and the complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad. But I didn’t like the that the room had lot of little flies flying around at night and the comforter smelt like smoke. Also my daughter found beer bottle caps lying around I am assuming from the previous person. Oh also there wasn’t any hot water for the shower.

Hotel and staff very nice,easy and fast to check in .

Did not like that they didnt clean the room daily and i had to get rude just to get clean towels.

The lobby is super glamorous, kind of gets your hopes up. But the rooms were just okay. Clean and stocked, but nothing too fancy. Worked out well for one night, unfortunately both pools were closed due to covid, and breakfast was packed up to-go with your hotel basics, but did include a hot item which was nice. I would say if you are just passing through it’s a good choice, but would not make it a destination.

Pool was not open I disliked that as were other hotels are open

I will never be going back there again. The return for the deposit takes long

I love staying here when we come to Visalia. The staff are always wonderful. Whenever I request something like a certain floor or some extra cups they are always so generous. If you ever are looking for somewhere to stay here in Visalia I highly recommend this place.

Typically, if there is an abandoned car, we leave a note on the vehicle that it will be towed within a certain number of days. This gives the person time to leave and then after the deadline we tow the vehicle.
