My family decided for this hotel because of the pool and once we arrived we found out the pool is closed all season. This is very upsetting to know once we were checked in.

Photos show a bathtub for the upgraded room I booked. That was the only reason I chose that room. It had a shower and the front desk was not able to resolve or offer any other solution.
Place was very nice, but did have a lot of road noise.
Though the property was not fancy, it was very clean. It had well kept grounds and was easy to access from the Interstate. The pool was clean and the water clear as well. The only negative was needing to ask for towels at the front desk. We traveled with our adult children to see family and all of us used the internet with no lag, which was awesome compared to other locations we have visited. This location was a good choice for the price. We would visit again.
Room was clean but outdated. Location was good. Parking was free. Breakfast was poor but ok.

I booked the room online which I had a choice of one queen or king so I request a king bed since I was with my mom. When I got to the hotel I asked if we can have 2 queen beds, first he said I need to pay extra and I said if you have one with the same rate is good otherwise no. He talked to another person and he gave us 2 queen beds. The room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable and everything looked clean and nice the only thing I didn't like was the bathroom, the toilet was very small like kids toilet and everything was old you could tell was an old hotel but breakfast was good. Overall I was happy with my stay and definitely rommend this hotel, by the way the people were in the breakfast area were not friendly.

Right on freeway 41, which is good for location- it's safe, centrally located, convenient. But bad since half of the rooms face it(the windows were thick but the sound got through), the pool is right up against the freeway, I can't imagine that would be pleasant to be out there.
The staff was very helpful with directions. The hotel and our room were exceptionally clean. The location was perfect for our needs. Kudos for the girl keeping the breakfast counters full and clean.
The front desk staff was GREAT! Very helpful. I checked in super late and had NO problems. The room was amazing and everything was nicely placed. The only thing that was a bit sad was that the window was so dirty so I couldn't see the freeway lol not a huge problem but clean windows are better:)

Thank you for your review. I do apologize that the room booked was not what you thought. Our Accessible rooms are the only rooms that have actual bathtubs. Since you booked through a 3rd party, I can only assume that the photos you saw were stock photos and not specific to the actual room. Our front desk agent was unable to offer a solution since what you requested is not something that is available. If you do decide to book with us again, I do suggest that you call ahead to the property to make sure that what you booked is what you are getting. Once again, I apologize that we weren't able to accommodate you based on your requests. Safe travels!
