Place was clean and comfortable. How every check-in experience was not great. They gave keys to the room that somebody checked out and wasn’t cleaned. When I called reception, they asked me to go down and get keys to new room. No sincere apology given. If I was the manager here, I would have asked the staff to come up and give me keys to the new room with a sincere apology. That’s what I call customer service.

Hotel service was great!!! Extremely friendly! Convenient to many restaurants! However we returned to our hotel late and the heating system has error readings and we were too tired to have to bother with someone coming to fix it. No extra covers either. The shower head would not adjust since it was nearly broken off and NO hot water at 8 in morning.
