The room and the bathroom looked like newly remodeled. The air conditioning is new. The breakfast and coffee are very good.The water pressure for the shower is very good. I liked everything about this property except the speed bumps. Thanks.

Worst Check-in EVER
Worst customer service from a hotel that I have ever experienced. The hotel had not updated their records to reflect a change of reservation date and went on about "needing to be paid for the room" even thou I had already paid hotels.com online. It was incredibly unprofessional and they would blame the face that hotels.com is a "third party" at the drop of a hat. Took several phone calls & a virtual chat to correct and they still blamed hotels.com instead of taking ANY sort of accountability in the situation. The room was fine when we finally got access to it. Very squeaky mattress but standard hotel room fare. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth for ever trying Best Westerns again if this is how their staff acts.

Pleasantly surprised to stay in a hotel where everything worked, there was a wonderful breakfast, and the rooms were very neat and comfortable. The shortage of staff was a little bit of an issue, but overall we were very pleased.
