The property is very old. It’s very very clean, but the bed gave me a backache. No breakfast or coffee in the lobby. Coffee maker in the room did not work. Noisy train nearby. Staff just plain RUDE!
The internet was decent, but everything else - the room, etc. was not great. There were stains on the walls and a hole in the comforter. Also, the train passes through early in the morning at random, and sometimes wakes everyone up. One night, my smoke alarm went off as well. It was very loud. The worst part though were the drains in the sinks (both in the wet bar area and bathroom). It was one of those with only small holes in it that allowed water to only drain very slowly down and nothing else to go down. Pretty shoddy overall. I and my friend that was also staying here in her own room will NOT be staying here again....

Bath tub too old , bed not comfy and sagging,double charged me and staff not friendly. Need change their old stuff and smell old . I still need to follow up if they revert back to my account the double charged they made
Everything was perfect except it was a little weird to see the sign as a “ motel .” Overall the room was good and staff was nice .
Hotel was nice but nothing to brag about although, I would stay there again. Don't eat at the restaurant next door for it is terrible!

Marilyn, you were not double charged for a room. When the credit card used to make the reservation isn't brought with you when you come to check in, we refund that card and charge whatever payment method you have on your person. This is to help protect customers from fraud. You were issued a receipt at the time of the refund as well. To avoid issues in the future I would suggest bringing your card with you instead of leaving it behind. As for any issues with your room we do staff our front desk 24/7 so that anything you find amiss can be brought to our attention. Thank you.
