Super super super complicated registration "process" that they don't tell you about till they have your non refundable money... I had to get a background check done, scan my ID and upload it, change the settings in my phone to send them a selfie photo, giving them permission and control over my camera, etc etc.............. Then you have to find and pay for parking, lugging your luggage for blocks. No valet, no curbside standing. There is NO FRONT DESK, no actual person to help with ANYTHING! Getting into the building at night with the code they give you was not possible and had to stand out in the dark and make several phone calls and look up a bunch of instructions. Super crazy way of doing business. The building was filthy and broken down

Likes: Closeness to DT busineses and family who lives in apartment on Woodward, washer/drtyer access and goos kitchen appliances, good strong shower pressure/temp Dislikes: No parking (fenced lot next to building should be set aside one spot for each Mint House room), bed not comfortable no box spring, bathroom too small with only one sink while washer/dryer side room too large and space wasted, not enough kitchen supplies, no extra trash can bags!, one elevator unfinished and buttons dont work right ar times, overall room had a somewhat rundown look in places, not enough basic cable channels on Roku TV, windows and walls advertised as being soundproof from outside construction noise not always the case could hear all sorts of construction noise nearby, expected more for price paid
Nice to have the kitchen. Would've been nice to have secured parking close to the condo, as well as security after hours. We has some drunks in our hallway for a few hours which kept me up. Would've been nice to have someone to call n shut them up!!
