Overall its a really nice property, in the middle of upgrades, Very nice staff convient location and price.
Property had experienced a water problem affecting every floor with drying equipment. Sounded like planes taking off at an airport. When we arrived our room had not been cleaned (definately needed) and we had to be moved to another room close to the drying equipment. Checked out a day early and received a refund from orbitz. Restaurant offerings were sub-par and breakfast was very disappointing. Went elsewhere after one breakfast.

Staff was very nice and check in was easy. Room was good but not excellent. Heat and hot water was not on when i went into room. Had to wait 30 min for maintenance to come in to turn it on. This should have been done before I arrived. Tiles in bathroom was loose and room needs new carpet.

We have stayed in almost every 3 and 4 star hotel along HWY 36. For the price this is a great one to stay at. The hot tub and pool have worked every time, the cookies are warm at check in, and the room is comfortable.

Couldn’t sleep at all. We checked in late at night so finding something else wasn’t an option. Hotel was unclean, stains walls and carpet. Window didn’t open and seemed very janky. Stay away from this place.

The property lost air conditioning and the pool was under maintenance. They did not inform us of this prior to arrival. They did state they could reimburse the room but since I booked through Orbitz that was not offered to me. So I not only lost my Orbitz bucks but was out money too!!

We got a room looking towards the mountain… horrible, it’s actually towards the highway and the wall are so thin you can hear everything. Cars were racing up and down the highway until after 1am. The noise and the AC not working properly equaled a horrible nights sleep.
The air conditioner wasn't working properly and the toilet was plugged since we walked in the room. Took them 4 hrs to come and fix it. 8:30 @ night. Elevator was disgusting. Tiles in the bathroom were loose
