Overall wonderful clean accommodations. I did not like that with the self parking you had to walk all the way down the parking garage to get to the front door of the hotel because all of the entrances from the garage to the hotel directly were closed, and I was not told of this other wise we would have done valet parking. Also there was only one microwave for guest in the entire hotel, which I felt was not sanitary to use due to COVID and no one wiping it down in-between use, this was unfortunate because we had leftovers from our restaurant that we wanted to heat up and eat in our room.
Colby and all of the valet staff were amazing! Please consider adding 1 microwave to each floor in the vending area! This would tremendously help guests who are there for an extended time!
This hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants and entertainment. When we checked in, there was a leak in the bathroom. Staff promptly brought us up keys for the room next door. Hotel was clean and staff was nice and professional.
The customer service and friendliness helpfulness of the staff went above and beyond. And the location was perfect.
The room was spacious, clean, and had Starbucks coffee for the in-room coffee maker.
Torn furniture, smoke stained windows, musty overall feel. The smell from the kitchen many floors below, was nauseating
