Had a great experience with Isaiah at the front desk. Our room was a city view like we ordered. Zero complaints with the service or the hotel!
My room was facing the front of the hotel looking at downtown Dallas and view of reunion tower. The rail and trains run right in front of the hotel. The trains can get really loud and they will beep the horn sometimes. The trains would run even from 1am till 6am which woke me up several times during the night. The staff was friendly and room clean. The train noise would be a big reason not to stay again.

The lobby and dinning area looked nice. The bathroom in my room was okay and the room as a whole was very large; however, it looked worn. Furniture looked worn and cheap. Sink in bathroom made a lot of noise. I liked the stay, but, I had to go out to eat. Food was gourmet. Meaning, small portions for the price. The staff was very nice and professional. The hotel was in a very good location for what i went to Dallas for. If I returned to Dallas, I'd definitely stay at this hotel.

Staff were awesome, especially Holly in the bar/eatery, and the front counter staff who seemed to truly want us to have an awesome stay, very accommodating. The only down sides were 1) location to the train tracks, could hear the train during the night & early morning, luckily the hotel gave us a small fan to drown out the noise. 2) wasn't anything they could do but would have like to have other options for eating without driving, nothing close by. Other than that enjoyed our stay.
Want to give a shout out to Lakota great service! Spent this time with my grandchildren the pool was minuscule. One family at a time. Not clean. Pool area very shabby Of course COVID-19 is the standard excuse unacceptable even at this price could have stayed at the Westin.
