The rental's furnished deck has a bistro table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine and take in the garden view. Inside, you can log into your Netflix account and watch your favorite shows and movies from the couch or the bed.

For dine-in or takeout, there are many options within a few minutes of this home. You can also get groceries at the Safeway just off 272nd. Enjoy a day in and on the water at Lake Meridian Park with swimming areas, a playground, and picnic spots, less than two miles west. To explore Seattle, you can drive about 26 miles north, or take the Sounder. The Kent Sounder Station is just six miles from the studio and runs Monday through Friday.

Nice place
Good place to stay for our needs. Doesn't actually have a kitchen, or even a kitchenette, just a dorm fridge and a microwave. No sink other than the bathroom sink. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but we were exhausted and slept great. On the plus side, it was immaculately Clean. Much nicer than staying in a comparable priced hotel.

Who has been sleeping in my bed? NO HOUSEKEEPING.
Bed not made. No clean sheets. Trash not emptied. Refrigerator did not work. Bathroom not clean urine stains and pools on toilet lid and rim surface. Grossest of all the dried human fences stuck to the inside toliet bowl.
