My experience overall was good, the only issue I had was that there was a strong smell of weed, I guess there was a guest smoking because my stay was for 4 night and the smell never went away and that is the reason I would think twice to book my stay here again. Customer service was good no complaint everyone was helpful.

When I arrived at the front desk to check in, I was essentially "read the riot act" re: the importance of NOT smoking anywhere in the hotel. I was told that a $50 hold on my charge card for cleaning smoke would be released after departure. I requested a 3:15 A.M. pre-flight wake-up call and went to my room. When I opened the door, the room was thick with smoke. I phoned the front desk to report this. The clerk said, "Oh yeah, we've been trying to figure that out... I'll get you another room and bring the key up to you." After 10 minutes and no key, I returned to the front desk, and the clerk had not yet processed the change. She processed the change and gave me the key. When I entered the room, I remembered that I needed to confirm that my 3:15 AM wake-up call would be received in this 2nd room. I discovered that there was no dial tone. I called the front desk using my cell phone. Clerk: "Right. The phone in that room doesn't work." Me: "Then how will I get my wake-up call?" Clerk: We'll call the phone number associated with your reservation." She was quick w/ excuses to cover all the issues & knew that she would not be on that shift when I came down in the A.M. The bed did not have ANY kind of blanket. Just a top sheet and a light coverlet only at the foot of the bed. No blankets in the closet—But someone else's Q-tips in the wastebasket. I slept in my clothes. Got 2.5 hours of sleep. No wake-up call. I sincerely feel that I should be reimbursed for major inconvenience.

Hotel shuttle to airport
Paid to leave car on lot while we were gone. It was to include transportation to and from airport. Called hotel when we got back they said will be there shortly. 20 minutes later, called back. No answer 5 minutes after that call back. They answered hung up. Then I talked to someone and they told me they were in line to get an oil change to be another 15 minutes. After an hour, we PAID to have a taxi take us over so we could pick up our car
