We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Macao, especially due to Miss. Jovy’s warm welcome and thoughtfulness throughout our stay.

Property is beginning to show signs of wear and tear. Got a non smoking room but clearly there has been smoking in there because it smelled smoky. Hotel not as modernized with electronic amenities. For example : No USB chargers and shades are not controlled remotely. I did like the big bathroom especially the tub. Bed was comfy and towels are plushy as usual.

I've had the privilege of staying at a number of Four Seasons Hotels, with each being wonderful in its own right. That said, Four Seasons Macao raised the bar in terms of overall enjoyment. It certainly helped that my fiance and I were so generously (and surprisingly) upgraded to one of the property's top suites - a room (or ROOMS, I should say) that I never could have imagined beforehand. What an experience that was! Nevertheless, I have no doubt we would have been perfectly satisfied with the ordinary room originally booked. Of course, FS is renowned for its service, and Macao is no exception. Everyone, from the happy-go-lucky Hotel Manager who took time from his busy schedule to converse with us on multiple occasions to the general staff manning the front desk, restaurant, gym and spa, pool, etc., went above and beyond to please. The property itself is so beautiful. It seems like an older property, however this had a feel of classic rather than rundown. There's a lot of character and charm inside and out. Besides our amazing upgrade, we thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities and gym, as well as the multiple outdoor pools - each of which we always had to ourselves! Breakfast and room service (we only ordered in, clearly not wanting to leave our suite) were also impeccable. I have nothing but the best to say for Four Seasons Hotel Macao. It is outstanding value that we hope to take advantage of again the next time we're in the Hong Kong/Macau neighborhood...

Luxury from the moment you walk in. Lovely welcome from recpetion and they walked me through all of the facilities and then took me to my room. Room was huge! Two bathrooms, amazing bath, great view - I'm pretty sure I only booked the standard room too! I would recommend staying here - I really enjoyed it.
