Very convenient. Close to the beach. Clean and basic.

A/C was great. Breakfast not good

We checked into our room, dropped off our bags and immediately left for dinner and the beach. Upon returning to our room that evening (with tired and wet kids) we went into the bathroom to find that there was dried vomit ALL over the base of the toilet, floor, and up the side of the tub. I immediately went to the front desk and asked them to come clean it. She said there was no housekeeping so she gave us a new room. We then moved all our things into the new room and prepped the bed to get our kids in. I pulled the sheets down and there was a huge stain under the sheet on the mattress pad. I pulled that sheet off and found a bright red blood stain on the mattress pad. By this time I was pretty upset. Not one but TWO disgusting and obviously not properly cleaned rooms. I took the mattress pad off the bed and carried it to the front desk and showed her and at that time asked for a refund of our stay. She said I would have to talk to the manager who wouldn’t be in until the next day. I went back to the room and had to re-make the bed myself with sheets from our first room. When you are on vacation and on a tight schedule, the last thing you want to do is wait around until 11:00 to talk to a manager. When we checked out, I was handed an envelope with $15 in it. Apparently, that is an appropriate amount to refund someone who experienced two disgustingly filthy rooms. I tried contacting Wyndham multiple times through phone and email and got zero help with the situation.

Clean and confortable as always

Nice motel room was clean floor a little dirty..........................

The hotel is in a great location, easy access to the beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants. An older style facility with two separate wings and a common central reception and breakfast area. Rooms are quite large with plenty of counter space and a nice sized area with a microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom is quite small however with barely enough room to move around in. The tub and toilet locations require a bit of a dance to get in and out of the bathroom with the door location. Given it's a beach town, there is a drastic shortage of towel hooks, which means you have to get creative with where and how you hang up your towels. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything (EVERYTHING - we were there over spring break) from the adjoining rooms and in the room above you. If you want peace and quiet, ask for a room on the second level. We were up all night listening to someone pace about in the room above us; every step was like a thunderous beat of a bass drum. And then there was the "jumping on the bed". It really wasn't a pleasant experience. The continental breakfast was sparse but adequate. Waffle maker with a toaster and a selection of yogurt and fruit, along with 3 options for cereal. If you're looking for eggs and sausage, this isn't the place for you, but it suited our needs. We wouldn't likely stay here again, but it is in a great location if you need a hotel and a continental breakfast. Next time we'd likely rent a VRBO.

The property and staff were fine. But we were on the bottom floor ans we could hear the people above us walking and letting their kids runs in the room.. Was very frustrating!

Close to the beach ... Off highway so didn't get highway noise. Wall thin ... Heard people in ajoining room too easily ... as there was hardly anyone at the hotel during our stay it would have been better if people were placed in rooms far from each other.

The pool and hot-tub are is great, and the beach is so close! Good affordable family spot. Breakfast was typical high carb options with no proteins offerings, But my kids enjoyed the Texas shaped pancakes. The staff seemed grumpy and I watched one of he cleaning ladies yell and swear at her boss over the phone out in a public area about how she was working herself to death with no breaks and how the boss didn’t care about them. Most of the staff seemed unhappy and not incredibly welcoming or accommodating. Bad morale in the work place for sure. It’s an okay place to stay if you just need to crash, but don’t expect five star. Flat and bumpy pillows, basic older rooms, and mediocre breakfasts.

The room was very clean and had a pleasant smell. AIr conditioner/heater was far enough away from the bed to be relatively quiet. Everything worked well. The breakfast was good, although a continental, rather than "full", breakfast.

The pool and garden area was exceptionally beautiful.

Nice hotel but nothing really outstanding , good or bad. Had a nice stay. Rooms were clean , the pool & hot tub both were working and they had a little complimentary breakfast. Overall I think it was a good value.

Nice place, friendly staff great pool two blocks from the beach. Free breakfast was a bonus but was worth getting up. Rooms were great and easy to access.
