our room was very gross, carpet stains, dirty tub, human hairs in & all over towels & linens. The Air filter was literally so nasty & they whr jackhammering in the room next to us at 8am

Called hours before reservation to let them know I was checking in late due to my sons graduation from basic training and that I needed two beds instead of one. She was friendly assured me I was good to and the change was not a problem. Got to hotel around 9 pm paid got keys and was given the wrong room. Went back downstairs and she remembered me calling but stated she had given my room away. Told her that would not work for me and I would need to find another hotel. She was to reverse the charge to my card, that was Wednesday and today is Saturday still full charge of hotel on my card.
